The Rocks of Sharon/Big Rock hike is free for members.

ROCKS of SHARON and BIG ROCK: Join a DHC board member for a beautiful fall hike to the Big Rock area for spectacular views of the Palouse and Spokane Valley. The hike is about 3 miles at a moderate pace. A longer option is available for anyone who would like to explore the Iller Creek area further. A map will be provided.

Bring water and snack. Dress for the weather and wear hiking shoes.

Come learn how this land was acquired with the help of the Dishman Hills Conservancy and the future plans.

This hike will meet in the parking lot at the Stevens Creek Trailhead. From 57th and the Palouse Highway head south about six miles and turn left on Stevens Creek Road. The turn off of the Palouse Highway is signed. Go 1.8 miles on Stevens Creek Road - be sure to stay right at the fork.
