Registration

  • Volunteers with join with Ranger Bryant Robinson to remove garbage and abandoned items from transient camps in the Dishman Hills Natural Resource Conservation Area. Trash will be bagged and hauled in wheelbarrows to the parking lot for disposal.
    This is useful and needed work that requires strenuous physical work. Gloves, bags and wheelbarrows with be provided. Bring your own water, snacks and clothing appropriate for the weather and hiking.

Volunteers from our Dishman Hills membership and Ranger Bryant Robinson from Spokane County Parks, Recreation and Golf are looking for additional volunteers to assist on Wednesday (July 6th) with cleaning up an abandoned campsite in the Dishman Hills Conservation Area.

Meet at 9 at the lower parking area, adjacent to Appleway Blvd.  Gloves, wheelbarrows, and trash bags will be provided.  Bring appropriate footwear, clothing appropriate for spring weather, snacks and water.
